2. BOOKINGS

A booking is considered confirmed once the guest receives confirmation from the hotel. The hotel reserves the right to request advance payment or a guarantee.

3. PRICES AND PAYMENT

Prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment may be made using the methods available during the booking process.

4. CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation conditions depend on the selected rate. Some rates may be non-refundable. Late cancellations may incur charges.

5. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

Check-in and check-out times are set by the hotel and communicated at the time of booking.

6. LIABILITY

The hotel is not responsible for damages resulting from improper use of its facilities by guests.

7. MODIFICATIONS

The hotel reserves the right to modify services or conditions for justified reasons.
